The claim will be entertained for 7 days from the date of job delivery (Considered as completion date in the web application).

Applicable for customers who paid in advance

1. If rework Instruction of a job is completely different from the instruction given while placing the order.
2. If an ordered job is completed and customer decides to cancel the job.
3. If customer wants to cancel a whole project for only an error in a single file.
